To add a new contact to the phone book, follow these steps:
- From any Home screen, tap Contacts.
- Tap the Contacts tab, if necessary.
- Tap the Plus ‘+’ icon.
- Tap one of the following options:
- Device
- SIM
- Tap the First name field to open the on-screen keyboard and enter the contact’s first name.
- If desired, tap to enter additional contact information.
- When done, tap Save.
Delete contact
To delete contacts from the phone book, follow these steps:
- From any Home screen, tap Contacts.
- Tap the Contacts tab, if necessary.
Note: To delete only contacts from a single contact list (for example, Google), tap the Menu key, tap Contacts to display, and then tap the desired contact list. - Tap the Menu key.
- Tap Delete.
- Tap to select the check box next to the contact(s) you want to delete or check Select all.
- Tap Delete.
- Tap OK.
Note: If you changed your contact display settings, tap the Menu key, tap Contacts to display, and then tapAll contacts.
Tips: You must to transfer Contacts from Samsung to computer for backup with the help of Android transfer software.
